I’m sure you’ve heard of this raved about Instant Pot by now, but have you taken the jump and grabbed one for yourself? If not, our family definitely recommends diving in now!
We got ours this past week, and so far it does not disappoint! As I mentioned before, my husband and I are doing the Whole 30 (The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom) right now and there is SO much planning and preparation that you have to put in to be successful. The Instant Pot has been so helpful in cutting back on time and eliminating stress.
We have a large family, so we went with the 8qt. option, which is perfect for us! But the 6qt option is a good size and has plenty of room as well!

This last week we made a Cuban Pork Roast that normally takes 8 hours in just 80 minutes! We did a no bean turkey chili in just 15 minutes!! And a salsa verde chicken in 25 minutes! It was absolute perfection, I was able to prep and throw the ingredients in before (dance/basketball/wrestling), set the timer and leave! It would automatically turn to warm when it was finished and be ready waiting for us when we returned!
